A significant portion of our practice revolves around providing services to multi-employer Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans
as well as single-employer plans. 

This includes defined benefit retirement plans, defined contribution retirement plans (including 401k plans), health and welfare plans, and training funds.

Services include employee benefits audits, reviews and compilations, the preparation of governmental agency filings such as Forms 5500, 990, LM-10, PBGC filings and other forms, and assistance with accounting and general ledger systems.

Membership in the Quality Center enables us to continue our quality initiatives within our employee benefit plan audit practice and demonstrate our continued commitment to delivering the highest-quality employee benefit plan audit services possible. 

As part of our Quality Center membership requirements, David A. Arcara has been named the firm’s designated director in charge of ensuring thequality of our employee benefit plan services. In addition, we attend various educational seminars, including the annual AICPA employee benefits conference and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) conference for accountants.  These seminars, along with other educational events and materials, provide our staff with updates on accounting and auditing pronouncements and regulatory changes in the employee benefit plan area.
